The Writing Tales is a Community for the Writers of Modern Generation. The Writers can submit their content to the Owner (Moderator) of this blog site through our different social media platform. Submitting a quote, tale (story), poetry, Documentary, author biography on our platform the author consents to our privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. The User acknowledges that there is no partnership, joint venture, employment, consulting or other such relationship between you or us (each a “Party” and together with the “Parties”).
1. Information Identifying an Individual: We collect information that can be used to identify you as an individual only when you provide such information directly to us in connection with the Service. This information shall include but not be limited to, the user's Photo, first name and last name, mobile number, email address, birth date, Zip code, information available on user's social media platforms, etc.

3. Right to share your information...
The Writing Tales reserves the exclusive right to share your information. If you wish to keep your identity protected, please advise us at the time of contribution of the content through The Writing Tales Social Media Platforms. (as the case may be.) If your Content is published anonymously, we make no guarantee that your identity will remain anonymous and we disclaim any responsibility for the intentional or unintentional disclosure of your identity.
In exchange for ours providing you with this platform for expression and with potential exposure to The Writing Tales, which you agree is valuable consideration, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, adapt, license, sublicense, distribute, sell, perform, translate, and display your Content (including any drawings, images, sounds, video recordings, or other data embedded in your Content and including adaptations or derivative works based on your Content) for any purpose, in English, Hindi and Gujarati languages, (For now) and in any manner or medium (now existing or hereafter developed) (the “Rights”). All Rights granted to us pursuant to this Agreement are irrevocable and vest immediately upon publication of your Content on The Writing Tales. You retain ownership of the copyright in your Content, subject to the rights granted to us in this Agreement. We reserve the right to share Identifiable Information with third-party providers for the purpose of providing the Service to you (i.e., email providers, server providers, etc.).

The Writing Tales may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the Service. The Writing Tales Privacy Policy does not apply to and we cannot control the activities of third-party advertisers and the User may consult the respective privacy policies of such advertisers or contact such advertisers for more information.

Liabilities: The Writing Tales shall not legally or even otherwise be responsible for any acts, omissions, actions carried out by any person in response to or in connection with or in reliance of the information collected and/or published on The Writing Tales platform. The Writing Tales acts as a platform providing the information submitted by its Users and shall not be held liable for the information in any manner whatsoever merely because such information has been published on The Writing Tales platform. Users agree and accept that The Writing Tales is not required to assess the veracity of the information submitted to it and is under no legal obligation to employ any means to assess the veracity of the information submitted to it. The Writing Tales is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party. While The Writing Tales shall use commercially reasonable safeguards in respect of the information collected through the Service. The Writing Tales will not be responsible for the use or misuse of the information provided through the Service by any person. You understand that The Writing Tales receives significant traffic and is accessible to anyone on the Internet. You should not provide us with any Content that is private, infringing of someone else’s intellectual property rights, or defamatory. Anything posted on The Writing Tales is available to anyone on the Internet. You are solely responsible for any legal or other repercussions that occur as a result of your Content posted on The Writing Tales. We assume no responsibility or liability which may arise from your Content.
